How to Refer

  1. Log on to the Employee Referral Portal from here: http://talentflow.in/Eref/Login.aspx 
  2. You need a Referral Code that you must use with your email ID to login. If you don’t have a Referral Code, there’s an option to get one. The Referral Code will be valid for 24 hours.
  3. Once logged in, click on the Refer Jobs tab to get the list of jobs available for employee referral.
  4. Click on any job posting to open the JD for that positon.
  5. Click on the Refer Candidate button, fill the referral form, attach the candidate’s resume and click on Submit Profile.

To access the Employee Referral Policy and User Guide, log on to your MYRadar account: http://ts.magna.in You can also access them from the dashboard after you have signed in to the Employee Referral portal in the ATS.

Payout Terms

  • The referrer will receive INR 2,000 every month for each referred candidate from the time the referred candidate is onboarded till the time he/she resigns from Magna.
  • The referral bonus amount will be paid every month along with your salary. Referral payout for an onboarding done in the current month would be effective from the follwoing month and will be paid with the salary.
  • The referred candidate should serve atleast a minumum of one month in order for the referral to receive atleast one referral bonus payout.
  • The referral payout will stop when either the referrer or the referred candidate resigns from Magna. There will be no payout for the month if either of them is serving their notice period.
